I am a registered art therapist specializing in treating anxiety disorders and depression. I offer Art Therapy, traditional talk therapy, or a blend of the two tailored to fit your needs. My clients often are not "artists" but rather individuals with a willingness to explore, create, and challenge their comfort zones.
Through a unique blend of discussions and creating art, I strive to create a warm and inviting space for clients to feel truly seen and known. I also incorporate person-centered and behavioral approaches to meet individual goals such as increased self-esteem; decreased anxiety, depression, anger, and stress; and processing of relationships and events.
From many years experience, I know anxieties and depression can be imposing, invasive, and oftentimes debilitating.
