Do you struggle with anxiety, grief, or trauma that leaves you feeling stuck? Talk to me, and we can work on your healing together. My practice is built on the core belief that healing happens best in a safe, nurturing, and collaborative space. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. For clients seeking deeper resolution from trauma, I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
