If you are exhausted from holding it together, overthinking everything, or repeating emotional and relationship patterns you can name but still struggle to shift, your responses make sense. Many people I work with are capable on the outside and overwhelmed on the inside. They learned early to stay alert, self-protect, disconnect from their needs, or manage other people’s emotions in order to feel safe, connected, or accepted. Our work can help you understand where these patterns began, strengthen self-trust, and respond less from fear, guilt, or obligation.
I help clients move beyond analyzing their pain and begin relating to themselves with more compassion, clarity, and choice. My work is relational, psychodynamic, attachment-based, and somatic. Together, we slow things down, notice what happens when closeness, conflict, or vulnerability show up, and make more room for your needs, voice, and boundaries
