I’m passionate about helping people who are struggling with eating disorders or feeling lost in their relationship with food and their bodies. I also work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, or overwhelming life stress. I aim to create a calm, supportive space where people feel understood and not alone in what they’re facing, and where healing can unfold at a pace that feels safe, manageable, and genuinely their own.
I am formally trained in EMDR and Art Therapy, and I integrate these approaches to help clients process trauma, express themselves, and reconnect with their inner strengths. I am also informed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which I use to support skill-building, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and holistic. I believe healing begins with genuine connection, and I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen and supported.
