Certified in Parts and Memory Therapy, a trauma-informed modality that supports healing by helping clients understand and integrate the parts of themselves impacted by painful experiences. I also draw from CBT, DBT-informed skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory and an Eclectic framework to support each client’s unique path.
