I am a Certified EMDR & Eating Disorder Specialist who believes you can fully recover! Eating disorders are NOT about food but about underlying issues. When the issues are addressed this coping strategy is no longer needed. Eating disorders are NOT something you have to live with your whole life. You can be free!
