Welcome to my profile! My goal is to help clients navigate difficult seasons of life, manage complex emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and live a meaningful life. My therapeutic style is direct, open, and collaborative, and I am passionate about providing mental health services that are culturally competent, LGBTQ+ welcoming, and trauma-informed. I strive to create an inclusive, safe, and respectful environment where each client’s unique background is valued. In sessions, I use a blend of techniques and interventions rooted in trauma-focused, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based approaches.
I offer in-person, virtual, and hybrid sessions. My specialties include trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss.
