Hi! I'm, Kristin. I help clients identify negative patterns that keep them stuck personally, relationally, and/or professionally. By developing a solid relationship with clients and using effective interventions, I help them experience healing, growth, movement, and empowerment. I look forward to working with you!

I use my training in trauma, EFT, IFS, and polyvagal theory to work with individuals who struggle with issues that impact their daily lives such as anxiety, stress, depression and relational distress. I help clients identify their core wounds, emotions, and coping mechanisms that lead to repetitive patterns, and help them find ways to heal and thrive.

I look forward to getting to know you and help identify ways that you can move beyond your challenges and thrive in your daily life and relationships.
