I work with adults who are managing difficult transitions in their life and may be struggling with stress and anxiety as they try to navigate new challenges or lay their foundations for their future. I often see neurodiverse clients who face burnout and overwhelm and who may also be working through childhood trauma. I also work with parents who are seeking emotional support and strategies to help their kids and bring joy to everyday life. As your therapist I will work alongside you and will be your ally and advocate, supporting you as you evaluate your strengths and move into a more authentic and happy life.
In therapy we work collaboratively, focusing on your personal needs and concerns. We look closely at the aspects of your life that may be leading to negative beliefs, anxiety and other symptoms that cause suffering. Our focus will include your unique strengths - those things that will serve you in your future and which are your own true gifts.
