My expertise encompasses working with women and mothers experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and/or adjusting to life transitions. I will also add, there is a plethora of conditions and lived experiences that are not pathological in nature but overwhelming nevertheless. (aka all things motherhood!) Hello! I'm Kristin and I am a therapist with ADHD who runs a neurodivergent affirming therapy practice for overwhelmed women and moms. If you are finding adulting to be hard and you are seeking support, I am here for you. I offer in person (Columbus, OH) and virtual sessions for those who live in Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Our modern society falls short from providing the proper support women and mothers deserve. This injustice coupled with my personal and professional experiences have fueled my passion for supporting women.
