Many come to me wanting to better understand themselves, improve daily functioning, or work through the lasting impact of growing up with emotionally immature parents. Often high-functioning on the outside, but feeling internally overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward in a way that actually feels aligned and sustainable.
I also offer comprehensive ADHD evaluation at an affordable rate because I've seen the cost often get in the way of care.
I integrate traditional talk therapy with deeper, evidence-based modalities—including mindfulness and somatic practices, EMDR, Parts Work, and ADHD coaching—offering a flexible approach where we can draw from what feels most supportive for you.
With 11 years in private practice, I’ve worked extensively with adults across the lifespan, especially those in their 20s and 30s navigating growth and transition. Groups
Calm Heart Counseling LPC Supervision Group
Now offering this dynamic biweekly, virtual LPC supervision group. This 2 hour group will count towards 2 weeks (40 hours) of full time work, and meets the requirements for Licensed Professional Counseling supervision for Pennsylvania. This group is appropriate for everyone, but if you are interested in working with any of the following, you may benefit from my unique professional experience: adolescents or young/emerging adults (teens, 20s, 30s) in a clinical or school setting, ADHD, CBT, Mindfulness (MBSR), EMDR, or Visualizations/Parts work. I currently work with teen and adults of all ages in my private practice.
