Feeling overwhelmed? By life, work or just in general? Things seem to be impossible at times. I am here to help navigate through these times. We can work on coping skills to help deal with things as they come up. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with everyone. My caseload currently consist of teens up to retirees and beyond. I have specialized training in Substance Use. I work with both children and adults experiencing issues related to depression and anxiety, mood disorders, as well as problems related to adjusting to life changes.
I can help with most Mental Health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, personality disorders, life changes, etc. I specialize in Substance Use whether you are dual diagnosed or struggle with addiction alone. I have a history of working with grief clients. I work with clients of all ages for all things.
I have an understanding that life brings us challenges and sometimes we may need a little help to get through them.
