I am trained and experienced in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, interpersonal relationship difficulties, child and adolescent emotional and behavioral difficulties and school related problems. I primarily utilize Neurofeedback, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and other expressive approaches.
I am board certified in Neurofeedback. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TF-CBT (Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), which are frequently used as a foundation for clinical work. I am also certified to treat Juvenile Sexualized Behaviors.
My approach to working with others is to provide a genuine, warm, and trusting environment to support healing and change. I am passionate in empowering change from within, while using evidenced-based strategies to assist in the journey.
