Hi There! I'm Kristin and am the proud owner and sole Therapist at Changing Seasons Counseling & Coaching. I have served as a Therapist, School Counselor, Child Life Specialist and Parent Educator. I enjoy meeting my clients right where they are in their life journey, exploring how they arrived to that place and then setting goals to achieve through our time together. Upon request, I also provide Christian-Based/Biblical Counseling.
I practice an eclectic style of counseling that includes foundations in Life Coaching, Goal Setting, Solution-Focused Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Psychotherapy. I truly strive to create a safe, trustworthy and accepting environment where clients and myself can continually assess therapy progress together.
I live in Keller, my hometown, with my husband, daughter, dog and 2 cats. I love spending time with family and friends, reading, stand-up paddle boarding, coffee, wood-fired pizza, being an active member/volunteer at my church and jogging with my Golden Retriever, Cora.
