Resilience Boot Camp
Resilience Boot Camp (RBC) provides children with the bounce-back skills they will need to perservere despite setbacks throughout their lives. RBC addresses topics from positive psychology, including using your strengths, goal-setting, and problem solving. In RBC, children will learn thinking skills such as optimism, hope, self-efficacy, and self talk. These skills and others will help children cope with stress, and possibly prevent some causes of distress. If you have a group with specific needs, contact me - I often work with groups (e.g., girl scouts/boy scouts) and customize content to meet their unique needs.
