Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or grief? Counseling can help! I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-focused Therapy, and Trauma informed care with my clients. I focus on the client as a whole person, with emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. I am a Christian counselor using biblical scriptures to encourage and guide you as you heal from past hurts. You will learn positive healthy coping skills to manage stress, lessen panic attacks, and improve your mood. I help adults learn how to regulate their emotions, learn healthy communication skills and set boundaries.
I specialize in treating anxiety, adjustment disorders, depression, and PTSD. I am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Most of my clients report having less panic attacks and better emotional regulation skills by the time they finish their treatment. I want to get to know you as a whole person, including your strengths and values.
