My approach to therapy stems from the belief that we humans are social creatures who long to feel connected and supported by others in meaningful, nurturing relationships. It can be easy, especially in this day and age, to find ourselves feeling isolated and disconnected from others, or even from ourselves. My hope is that our work together can provide a safe and comforting place for you to find your way back to healthy connection with yourself and others.
My own past experience in therapy with wonderful practitioners has given me purpose and direction in knowing what type of therapist I would like to be. I value and strive for warmth, kindness, and openness above all else and my number one priority is building therapeutic relationships that feel genuine and real to my clients.
I see adults (18+) in-person in my office in Bellingham, Fairhaven neighborhood. No matter who you are or what issues you bring to the table, I would love to hear from you. I'm in the early stages of my career and hope to gain a wide variety of experience working with people of all different backgrounds and in all different life circumstances.
