I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (SC 4579) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (NC 22747) providing individual therapy to adults experiencing symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, and depression.. If you are trying to muddle through life after a traumatic experience, or suffering from hopelessness, poor self-confidence, or constant feelings of anxiety, I may be the match for you. If you are a First Responder trying to deal with the hazards of your chosen career, or in need of help in navigating life in general, I am here to help.
I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where clients feel safe and comfortable. In my practice, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as other specialized techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address individual needs.
My clients describe me as trustworthy, attentive, and easy to talk to. I have also been told that my clients feel that I truly care about them (because I do!).
