Hey there and welcome! I’m Kristin. Do you find yourself stuck in the cycle of anxiety? Have you faced challenges related to self esteem that has felt limiting to you? I work to empower my clients to overcome the challenges of anxiety and stress that this world can bring. I also work to build that self confidence and esteem from within so the beauty that others see can be felt within.
I have specialized in treating anxiety and self-esteem issues for nearly 10 years. In addition, I truly believe that past traumas play a significant role in the development of anxiety, depression, and maladaptive behaviors.
I work with my clients to address and place these experiences in a safe place so that they are less impactful to our lives.
