I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents, adults, and couples. My area of expertise is grief and bereavement work. Grief results from many different kinds of losses. Therapy promotes the self-actualization process - helping one determine who he/she is and then using that knowledge to re-direct his/her life in more fulfilling ways.
In addition to doing clinical therapy work, I am a certified yoga teacher and believe heavily in the mind-body connection. I use many tools from my yoga and meditation practice when working with clients. These tools help ease anxiety and depression, promote self-awareness, and foster long-term growth.
