I work with you to help relieve some of the frustration and help get you back to living your most authentic and satisfying life.
I most often employ cognitive-behavioral and systemic approaches to treatment including Structural Family Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I also utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma. My therapeutic style is relaxed, interactive, and compassionate.
My role as a therapist is to help clients get to the root of the problem. We work together to understand the troublesome thoughts and feelings and learn strategies to overcome them. I look forward to helping clients who are motivated to live a healthier and more fulfilling life.
