Hi! I’m Kristin, a therapist and momma of two wild little boys. As parents, we hold these perfect, vulnerable creatures in our arms for the first time and vow to never let them feel an ounce of pain. But then they do. They have their own complex set of fears and worries and it’s terrifying not knowing how to help them. By even reading this and considering counseling for yourself or your kid, you’re making such a brave choice. We ALL need the support of the greater village to raise kind, well-adjusted kids.
