Are you interested in disentangling from longstanding patterns or opening up to what's next in your life? In my therapy practice, I use a supportive yet challenging stance to help people gain new perspective and learn strategies to allow them to have their temperament and strengths work for them, rather than against them. I aim to work with clients to create an engaged, dynamic therapy experience that can allow people to comfortably explore and deepen their understanding of thoughts, behaviors and feelings and disentangle from habits and thoughts that get in the way of experiencing life and relationships fully.
In addition to individual psychotherapy, I also offer couples counseling to help couples explore the challenges of relationships. My goal is to help couples find a path to connection, feel more engaged and seen in their relationships, and to experience their relationship as a dynamic, growing force in their lives.
