We all face challenges throughout our lifespans. Trauma can be the result of what we didn't receive from our caregivers while we were growing up, or it can be the result of situations that are out of our control, or both. Trauma and attachment wounds can manifest as substance or behavioral addiction as a way to cope with the pain. This leads to a vicious cycle of grief and shame while negatively altering how our brain functions. Life is also a series of choices. When we choose to change our path, we open the doors to new potential. The person who can successfully change your life is looking back at you in the mirror.
I offer a space for you to share your story and ease your burdens with empathy and understanding. We can begin to heal as we work through your attachment wounds, addictive behaviors, shame, and grief by telling your story. I see your capacity for change and as you begin to see it too, you can make conscious choices to heal and live as your authentic self.
