As a therapist, I am passionate about creating a safe, accepting environment where clients of all ages are free to discover, explore and live out of their most authentic selves. It is my desire to support both adolescents and adults in their journey toward growth and healing so that they may find balance and joy in their lives. I provide individual counseling services for teenagers and adults.

I have experience working with adults and adolescents on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, divorce, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, OCD and family estrangement. I am also trained in Brainspotting which is type of somatic therapy that can be very helpful in treating trauma.
