I believe each person has an innate capacity for healing, transformation, and achieving their goals, and I partner with you to access that potential using evidence-based, flexible approaches. My practice is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, with a warm, integrative, trauma-informed style focused on creating a safe, trusting space for meaningful, lasting change.
Our work is informed by a thoughtful integration of well established modalities, allowing me to tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals. I am certified in Brainspotting and serve as a Brainspotting Consultant, trained in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (Natural Lifemanship), a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, and trained in nature-based therapies.
