Hi there, I'm Kristin! I look forward to accompanying you on your path towards authenticity, meaning, and ease. I aim to provide a place where you can sort out your ideas and make plans to turn them into reality. Let's begin! I primarily rely on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help folks get to where they want to go. I will adapt my approach to your specific needs and goals.
I help my clients pause and reflect on where they are, where they want to go, and how to get there. I work well with neurodivergent and queer folks. I enjoy partnering with my clients to explore chronic pain and illness, addiction, and relationship challenges.
Our first session will allow us to get to know one another and get clarity on where you are now and where you want to go. We'll plan our route and start moving towards a life that feels vibrant and expansive. I prioritize creating a space where you can be yourself. I provide reflective listening, curiosity, and encouragement.
