I draw from evidence-based therapies including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Trauma Focused-CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic interventions, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also offer art, play, and other creative modalities.

Together, we will build practical tools for managing difficult emotions, challenging unhelpful thought patterns, and developing greater confidence in yourself and your relationships.
