I specialize in trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. As a Certified Brainspotting Therapist (CBT), I use somatic and relational approaches to process complex trauma and restore safety, gently weaving in art, play, and spirituality to honor each person’s unique story.
