Although I work with clients with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, my emphasis is working with those with chronic illness. I am passionate about helping those who are dealing with low self-esteem, grief, guilt, depression and anxiety that often come with all the physical symptoms. I work closely with Ashly Dean helping clients with POTS, MCAS, and hyper mobility in a group and individually. I also work with clients with RA, MS, and Fibromyalgia. These diagnoses sometimes come with traumatic experiences of being gas lit by doctors, family friends and even yourself.

I use Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Self Compassion, Radical Acceptance therapy and Cognitive Bahavior Therapy based on the needs and desires of my clients. Using these modalities we will explore your thought processes for ways you can see the world and yourself in more kind, accurate and helpful ways. I hope to help

Chronic illness often comes with grief, trauma, self-esteem and identity issues. Together we will work on these using Self Compassion, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Radical Acceptance therapy and others based on needs and interest. The first few sessions we will find out what areas you struggle with most and find your strengths, support system and goals for treatment.
