Currently accepting new clients! Life happens to everyone. Some of us are more equipped to process these experiences, and others may need support. Therapy is needed when symptoms such as sleep disturbance, lack of motivation, anxiety or depression become more than we know how to tolerate and begin to interfere with functioning and relationships.
I provide a non-judgmental, compassionate and authentic space that cultivates awareness, reflection and healing. I utilize solution focused therapy to provide you with tools to begin feeling relief almost immediately and then will pull from various evidenced based methods, such as CBT and DBT in order to assist in deepening the inner connection and healing.
Finding a therapist that you connect with can feel daunting. I welcome phone calls or emails with any questions and I’m happy to offer a free 15-minute consultation before a commitment is made in order to ensure you're making the right choice.
