I am passionate about working with children and families struggling with mental health concerns, crisis, and/or trauma. I will work with you and your child to gain insight and understanding into presenting concerns, develop coping strategies, and ultimately reclaim the life you want and deserve. As a licensed clinical psychologist and certified school psychologist, I primarily utilize cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques in my work with children, such that therapeutic activities are specifically targeted to reduce presenting symptoms and alleviate concerns.
My goal is to provide empathy and understanding while helping your child develop the skills necessary to navigate whatever challenges they are facing.
I understand that it takes courage to reach out for help. I also understand how difficult it must be to watch your child struggle with something and not know how best to help them cope. I am here to help whenever you are ready.
