I have been a counselor since 2019 and have offered individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. Most recently, I have counseled adolescents and adults. In therapeutic relationships, I help clients understand and begin the self-healing process and give them the necessary tools to find their path.
I am passionate about helping people—those who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, identity exploration, ADHD and addiction. I am trauma-informed and apply a person-centered approach in my counseling practice. I will meet you where you are and provide you with a safe space to collaborate on your goals.
I apply a variety of evidence-based techniques including cognitive behavior therapy, and solution-focused techniques. I am currently accepting clients through in person and through telehealth.
