I work with teens (16+), adults, couples, folks exploring their sexuality/gender identity. I have a passion for supporting women who have experienced fertility challenges or pregnancy loss. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing.
Before entering private practice, I spent 11 years as a school counselor, and I’m currently in pre-licensure for my LPCC. I bring a calm, steady presence and a deep respect for each client’s story.
