She guides clients to learn new skills and rediscover or awaken their inner strengths and abilities. While Kristin utilizes evidence-based techniques from a variety of approaches to meet each client's unique needs and goals, she most often approaches therapy through humanistic & EMDR perspectives.
In her free time, Kristin enjoys reading, listening to music, time with friends, walking, and The Society for Creative Anachronism: a world-wide, 501c3, educational organization that focuses on studying and recreating all aspects of life prior to 1600 BCE.
