Hi, my name is Kristin and my work is rooted in compassion with a commitment to supporting clients in building their best life through evidence-based care. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a registered art therapist. I collaborate with you and tailor an approach that most resonates with you to help facilitate change and assist in healthier living. I am to equip my clients with the necessary tools and skills to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their goals.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of focuses. I am currently treating neurotypical and neurodivergent clients in any of these areas: Anxiety, Life transitions, Grief, Burnout, Trauma, Depression, School Stress, Family Conflict (1 adult in session), Couples ( two in session), Stress, Women's issues, Workplace Stress.
I have been told my voice is calming and welcoming. My clients have given me feedback that I help them to feel safe and comfortable. Every client is unique and I adapt my approach to meet those needs. I use active listening to understand the current stressors that my client presents and offer meaningful feedback and solutions.
