I help overthinkers, perfectionists, and high achievers with imposter syndrome to break free from the thought spirals and free to live a fulfilling and joyful life. Clients who come to me are often overwhelmed with pressure to get things perfect and struggle with feeling “enough.” They often prioritize everyone else’s needs over their own and are left feeling emotionally and physically exhausted. They feel like everyone else has it “figured out," and they want that too. Life can bring on many uncertainties, but one thing’s for sure: you’re ready for relief and to be free of anxiety, self-doubt and stress.

Sessions are about what fits best- whether that's a place to express emotions openly, reconnect with self, or build new skills. I provide space for clients to tell their stories and create new ones.
