With over 20 years experience as a School Social Worker, I recognized a growing need for students and families to have access to quality outpatient counseling and community resources. Throughout my career, I often saw individuals struggle to find a therapist they truly connected with or face barriers to receiveing the support they needed. That inspired me to become the change I wanted to see by extending my services beyond the school setting. My goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive space where children, adolescents and adults feel seen, heard and empowered.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing, and I am committed to helping each client build the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to navigate life's challenges and create lasting, meaningful change.
