Hi, I am Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NC and received my Master's Degree from Western Carolina in May of 2019. I have worked with a wide range of clients aging from 4-65 years and have experience treating a wide range of mental health concerns to include Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Psychosis, Attachment Disorders, Mood Disorders, Eating Disorders, and Addiction.

In our first session together I will work to explore your symptoms, identify strengths, learn about your current life circumstance and identify your goals for treatment to create a tailored treatment plan. I will share more about my own approach to treatment and how I can best service you as your therapist.
I work diligently to be a person-centered therapist and believe that all clients hold the answers to their own experiences. I will never act as the expert in your life and will attempt to learn from you and your experiences to assist you in creating change.
Take the first step to help. Call or Email Kristin Brooks now - (980) 372-2776
