From both personal and professional life, I know how tough it can truly be.
Within our sessions, I will support you in identifying, processing and responding to your emotions in healthy(er) ways, improve communication skills, and create a balance that will allow for you to genuinely enjoy the life that you have imagined for yourself. Even if you feel like you should be able to, you don't have to go through it alone.
Therapy is a process that I have repeatedly seen work for my clients. I strive to offer a safe and flexible space where we can talk openly about whatever is on your mind: both the good and bad, without feeling guilt, shame, or judgement. Life can be so frustrating.
