I work with first responders, medical workers, college students, individuals in difficult relationships, parents, pregnant women, postpartum, LGBTQ+ persons, other therapists, and so many others who find themselves in a place that feels confusing or frustrating. Negative mental health can come in forms that we didn't know existed - until we're there. Clients I work with just need to talk to an unbiased ear.
Within our sessions, I will support you in identifying, processing and responding to your emotions in healthier ways; improve communication between you and loved ones, and really picking apart what you want and need in order to create a balance that will allow for you to genuinely enjoy the life that you have imagined for yourself.
Therapy is a process. I strive to offer a safe and flexible space where we can talk openly about whatever is on your mind: the good, bad, and ugly, without feeling guilt, shame, or judgement.
