I specialize in relationship, moral injury, and trauma work, including EMDR. I don’t do surface fixes or coping-skills therapy; I help you understand and heal the cycles instead of staying at the symptom level. Clients find me when they haven’t found someone they trust or worry their story is too much or want a provider to be both compassionate and clear. Individuals come to me when the way they think, feel, or relate no longer fits who they know themselves to be. Couples come when they want someone who can change the problematic patterns- for good. I’d be happy to incorporate your faith if that is meaningful to you.
As a therapist of more than 15 years, we go straight to the root cause so that you can have confidence, closeness and authenticity without numbing, going ghost mode or exploding. I draw from many years of work in EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy and nutritional psychiatry to support that.
