Life is filled with highs, lows, challenges and pitfalls that can leave the strongest person feeling overwhelmed at times. Events and trauma can cause hurts that leave individuals unaware of the emotional baggage that they are carrying around. As an EMDR trained therapist and Life Coach, I work with clients to help them identify issues that have adversely affected them, helping them navigate through life transitions and develop goals to move forward. As a therapist, I have worked with adults and teens with various issues, including anxiety, depression and trauma.
I have an ethical, compassionate and multi-cultural approach with clients and provide hope and encouragement when circumstances in life are tough. Whether you are dealing with past hurts, the loss of a job, grief, stress, trauma, or transitioning from marriage to divorce, I am here to help you process it so you can move forward.
When you are ready to tackle the issues that have hurt or hindered you, I’ll be here to work with you. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, so I am only able to provide therapy to residents of Texas or to individuals who are physically in the office. Life Coaching is self paid, is only provided virtually and has no residency limitations.
