STOP ignoring your mental health! Let's talk about what's bothering you. Life is filled with highs and lows that can leave the strongest person feeling stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or sad at times. Events and trauma can cause hurts that leave us unaware of the emotional baggage that we are carrying around. I work with clients to help them identify issues that have negatively affected them, help them get through life transitions and develop goals and healthy coping skills to move forward. I have worked with adults and teens with various issues, including anxiety, depression and trauma.
I have an ethical, compassionate and multi-cultural approach with clients and provide hope and encouragement when circumstances in life are tough. Whether you are dealing with past hurts, the loss of a job, grief, stress, trauma, or life transitions, I am here to help you process it so you can move forward.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, so I am able to meet virtually with residents who reside anywhere in the state. Insurance will not pay for life coaching so you must self pay. It is only provided virtually, but has no residency limitations.
