I help individuals and couples go from struggling with overwhelming distress to practicing a more authentic and a more peaceful life. Trauma and chronic stress can have such a disturbing impact on our relationships with our self and others. However, we do not need to feel alone in our struggles.
As a therapist, I strive to create a safe space for clients to explore their needs, feelings, and experiences. My wish for my clients is for them to create the life they love. Change can be so difficult and yet so exciting. Through my career, I have worked with children, couples, and adults with a wide range of experience, especially in trauma.
As a marital and family therapist, I am specifically trained in couples therapy. Marriage and long-term committed relationships take so much work and often times, when things are difficult, individuals feel immense isolation.
