Life is not always easy. If you are struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression you are not alone. In my experience, I have seen that there are countless factors that contribute to our mental health. My focus is on the whole person. Together we will explore your biography as well as your biology. We will unpack your life story to discover a path to feeling healthy and strong again. I would consider it a privilege to listen.
Therapy is not 'one size fits all'. We can use various types of therapy, depending on what you are experiencing and what you hope to gain from counseling. Sometimes we avoid discussing negative life experiences or past traumas because it is just too painful. I hope to help you to believe that facing these can also be a chance to learn and grow.
