Hi! I'm Kristin. If I didn’t write everything down on a to-do list, I would forget to do most of it. I am proud of my work ethic, and I doom-scroll on social media more than I care to admit. I have been in relationships that made me question every decision I’ve ever made, and I have found love I never knew I deserved (and still sometimes question if I do.) I have always held strong beliefs which came off as being opinionated and defensive in my youth (rightfully so.) Through my own therapy and education, I’ve learned how to embrace being a strong-willed woman while allowing more patience and grace for the experience of others.
I specialize in working with couples who care deeply for one another, but feel hopelessly trapped in conflict and resentment. I work with individuals who struggle to find the worthiness and purpose in their lives, careers, and relationships they deserve. Although different from yours, I’ve had my share of similar struggles.
