Who should attend this group? Girls age 10+ in need of coping skills and problem-solving skills to meet the demands of middle school, high school, and beyond. Girls who may be struggling with identity and self-esteem issues, difficulties making and keeping friends, building relationships, coping with the challenges, stress, and anxieties of today's world. Teen Anxiety and Depression Group
Group specializing in tweens and teens with depression and or anxiety. We have multiple groups based on age 9-11, 12-13-year-olds, 14-16-year-olds, and older teen/young adult groups. Skill-building utilizing CBT, DBT, Sandtray, experiential modalities, in addition to interpersonal peer support. Our anxiety and depression groups are run by Amanda (younger) Abby (teens) who has experience working with children, teens, and families through group and individual therapy, or Ashley (Adults.) Our Psychologist has 33 years of experience in individual and group psychotherapy. Days vary depending on age group
