I provide individual psychotherapy specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, as well as relationship and family conflicts. In therapy I strive to foster trusting, supportive relationships in a confidential and non-judgmental environment, helping my patients draw upon their innate strengths in order to develop new coping skills. From a psychodynamic approach, I help my patients in reducing their symptoms while also exploring and healing the underlying issues leading to their struggles.
After receiving my Masters from Columbia University, I served as Admissions Coordinator and Therapist at the Renfrew Center for Eating Disorders, and later provided therapy for employees at Weill Cornell Medical College and New York Presbyterian Hospital. I completed my post-graduate training in Psychodynamic-Psychotherapy from NYU's Psychoanalytic Institute
I have worked exclusively in private practice since 2011 in both New York City and Princeton, NJ until recently relocating to Savannah, GA in 2018.
