I specialize in trauma-informed care and have a deep passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I am certified to teach trauma-informed yoga to children and teens. I love incorporating creative and holistic approaches into therapy, including art, music, mindfulness, and yoga, to meet my clients’ unique needs.
I offer virtual services and have sessions available immediately. I have some availability for in-person sessions where we meet at your home or a community-based setting.
